Rajani Gudipudi is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in human resources technology and digital transformation, currently serving as Sr. Director HR IT & Digital Transformation leader at Honeywell since 2008. Rajani oversees HR enterprise applications for over 115,000 employees, driving strategic initiatives such as application rationalization and the implementation of business continuity programs. Previous roles include IT Sr. Director for Enterprise Apps Operations and IT Director for Application Support, with a strong background in SAP deployments and service management. Rajani’s earlier experience includes roles at Federal-Mogul, General Motors, and DTE Energy, complemented by advanced degrees in Nuclear and Chemical Engineering from Babha Atomic Center and Sri Venkateswara University.
