Mary Arevalo is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources across leading companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management for Aerospace Technologies at Honeywell since July 2013, Mary has held several key positions including Sr. Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Director. Prior to joining Honeywell, Mary worked at Rio Tinto from August 2007 to June 2013, where roles included Manager of Human Resources Service and Support (USA) and Capability Development Senior Advisor. Earlier in Mary’s career, positions at Kennecott Utah Copper Corp. included Human Resources Advisor from August 2003 to August 2007. Mary holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Utah State University (2002-2003) and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution (1998-2002).
