Helped Honeywell Fire & Security Pacific leadership team in setting the strategic marketing focus for products, channel strategy for different product categories, Enabled Honeywell Commercial Fire Pacific regional team to plan and execute the Annual Operating Plan across Revenue, Profitability and Working Capital by providing the right business decisions through intelligent risk taking, integrative thinking and working together in a team environment to ensure collectively the team gets results. Launched new offering as and when available and drive fast adoption.
