Brunno Muller serves as the Plant Director and General Manager at Kalmar since February 2023, where leadership focuses on operations transformation and people development using lean principles, achieving a zero accident ratio and significant improvements in operational KPIs. Prior to this, Brunno held several key positions at Volvo Construction Equipment from January 2008 to February 2023, including Head of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering & Research, emphasizing electrification and digitalization strategies, and Manufacturing Engineering Director, ensuring the achievement of all manufacturing KPIs while promoting a lean culture. Early career experiences include roles as Production Manager, Assembly Engineer at Novartis, Industrial Engineer at NESTLÉ BRASIL LTDA, and Projects and Processes Coordinator at Eaton. Brunno holds an MBA in Administration and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Juran Institute, as well as a BA in Mechanical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
