Casey O'Donovan has a diverse work experience. From 2020 to present, they have held the positions of Sales Director, National Accounts, Sales Director, East, Senior Sales Manager, East, and Sales Manager, Central/East at Honey Mama's. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Analyst, and Sales Support Administrator at Brazi Bites. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Graduate Programs Coordinator and Department Assistant at DePaul University. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Student Life Program Assistant and Institutional Advancement Assistant at Sacred Heart Schools. From 2012 to 2013, they were an Administrative Assistant at Produce Pro Software, Inc. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Programs Intern at the Greater Chicago Food Depository.

Casey O'Donovan attended Benet Academy from 2004 to 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they attended Indiana University Bloomington. Finally, from 2009 to 2012, they attended DePaul University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Studies.
