Shashank Mehrotra is a Senior Scientist at Honda Research Institute USA, Inc. since January 2022, having previously served as a Scientist. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, focusing on enhancing warning systems in driving automation, and an internship at IBM Thomas J Watson Research Center, addressing human factors in weather models. Shashank also worked as a Human Factors Researcher at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and held positions as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at Mu Sigma. Shashank holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, along with a Master's in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, and a Bachelor’s in Information Science/Studies from PES University. Educational background includes early schooling at La Martiniere College, Lucknow.
