Brooklin Frazee currently serves as a Team Lead and Senior Member Service Representative at Honda Federal Credit Union, a position held since November 2018. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Services Associate at Trilogy Health Services, LLC, and various positions at Centra Credit Union, where responsibilities spanned from call center operations to member services. As the owner of Klosterkemper Photography, Brooklin managed all aspects of a small photography business while studying and raising a family, gaining valuable skills in scheduling, customer service, finance, and marketing. Additional experience includes working as a Customer Sales Representative at Defender Direct, handling inbound calls for DISH services. Brooklin holds a high school diploma from Greensburg Community High School and is pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at Ivy Tech Community College.
