Loren DeLotell has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Sr. National Wholesale Rep at HomeXpress Mortgage Corp since April 2023, specializing in various loan types, including Non-QM, DSCR, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loans. Prior to this role, Loren was self-employed as a mortgage broker since June 2009 and held the position of Sr National Account Executive at Home Town Equity Mortgage from November 2022 to April 2023. Loren's expertise includes managing wholesale accounts and a specialization in no income verification loans, hard money lending, and foreign national lending. Additional experience includes roles at Athas Capital Group Inc., Kinetca Federal Credit Union, and as a teacher of mortgage lending at Learning Tree University.
