Adam Glenn has over 15 years of experience in the construction and energy efficiency sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Weatherization at HomeWorks Energy, Inc. since April 2016, Adam has previously held positions including Assistant Director, Branch Manager, and Field Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Adam was the Lead Installer at Cape Cod Insulation, leading the insulation crew for the Mass Save program and specializing in spray foam application from April 2011 to April 2016. Adam began their career as a Lead Roofer at Cookson Construction from November 2005 to March 2011. Adam studied at Bristol Community College from 2007 to 2009.
