John Benjamin has over three decades of experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Coogan Caregivers, dba Homewatch CareGivers since June 2015, John oversees various operational functions. Prior to this role, John held the position of Operations and Human Resources Compliance Manager at Homewatch CareGivers since June 2013, focusing on human resources policies, compliance, and payroll management. From June 1986 to February 2009, John served as the Human Resources Director at Harmony Hall Assisted Living, where responsibilities included recruiting, payroll, training, and staffing. Education includes attendance at College Bird (Overseas), as well as Spring Valley High School and Howard Community College.
