Pollyanna Lenkic is the founder of Pollyanna Lenkic Consulting, established in 2002, focusing on building constructive cultures through a commitment to client success. Currently serving as the HB3 on-board leadership facilitator and coach for Homeward Bound Projects since June 2018, Pollyanna contributes to a global movement aimed at empowering women in science and STEMM fields to influence policy decisions. Pollyanna has held various leadership roles within the International Coach Federation, including Co-President and Secretary from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, Pollyanna was the owner and director of SQ Computer Personnel from 1990 to 2000. Educational credentials include completion of the Thought Leaders Business School and the Co-Active Space Leadership Program, among others.
