Olivia Giudice is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and governance. Currently serving as the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Director and Chair of the Audit Finance & Risk Committee at Homeward Bound Projects since December 2021, Olivia has also founded and directed Ascentium Consulting, providing advisory services across various sectors in Australia. Previous roles include Group Head of Risk & Compliance at Nufarm, Chief Risk Officer at the Department of Transport, and internal audit positions at Bega Cheese Limited and PwC. Olivia has been actively involved in the Oesophageal Atresia Research Association as a Board Member and Executive Director and has held senior management roles at Telstra and PwC Australia. Olivia holds professional qualifications as a Certified Internal Auditor and Chartered Accountant, along with a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
