Kathie Cruz is a seasoned professional with a strong background in data integration and architecture, currently serving as a Data Integration Developer at Hometown Health since December 2022. Previously held the position of Data Architect at Prominence Advisors and spent five years at Hometown Health as a Data Integration Analyst. Kathie has also contributed to various roles within Hometown Health, including Associate Application Specialist and Health Plan Document Specialist. Other experience includes an internship with the Nevada Department of Transportation and roles at the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles, Nevada State Bank, Burlington Stores, Inc., and as a Teacher's Aide at the Western Nevada College Child Development Center. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Nevada, Reno, along with a B.S. in Information Systems and a minor in Accounting from the same institution.
