Kelsey Ciccarelli has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Western Connecticut State University. Kelsey has held various roles in marketing operations, fulfillment process management, and human resources at companies such as HomeServe USA, Randstad Technologies US, All American Girl & Boy Pageant, and Webster Bank. Kelsey also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Rutgers University - Camden in 2014.
