Jacqueline Zurett has extensive experience in IT and desktop support management, currently serving as Telecom End User Delivery Manager and formerly as Desktop Support Manager at HomeServe USA since July 2013. Jacqueline oversees desktop operations across four East Coast sites, focusing on team success and customer issue resolution. Prior roles include IT Site Manager, responsible for hardware and software support for a call center, and Information Technology Administrator IV at T-Mobile, where support was provided for an 800-client call center. Jacqueline's earlier positions include Network Support Engineer at ISN, where a nationwide transition from Novell to Windows 2003 was executed, and Technology Support Specialist I at Dalton Public Schools, leading the shift from a MAC to a Windows environment. Jacqueline holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Networking Technology from Chattanooga State Technical Community College.
