Jose Alberto Lopez Exposito is an experienced professional in operations management, currently serving as the Work Force Manager at HomeServe Iberia since July 2023. Previously, Jose held the position of Operations Manager at Konecta Bto S.L. from April 2017 to March 2022, overseeing integrated support services for Redsys, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Prior to that, Jose spent a decade at Sitel Iberica as Operations Manager, responsible for customer service and back-office operations for Redsys, providing 24/7 assistance to banks and merchants. Jose's career also includes roles at SERMEPA, starting as Supervisor and advancing to Responsable de servicio, managing call center operations for ServiRed.
