About
The current leadership team at HomePlate has a diverse range of experience in both the corporate world and professional sports. Co-founder Matt Jones comes from a background in finance, having worked as a team leader at USI Insurance Services and as a partner at Ball Peoples. David James, another co-founder, played professional baseball for the Cleveland Indians before joining HomePlate. These diverse backgrounds give the team the ability to approach problems from multiple angles and find creative solutions.
