About
Our marketing team is out in the field daily, networking & creating opportunities to share our unique variety of services for the Senior & Homebound patient populations. We plan events for introductions at communities that are new to us, offer engaging and enriching activities and educational "Lunch & Learn" style programs. Quality assurance visits are done regularly to ensure better connection to the community and accountability. We make frequent visits to skilled care communities as well as hospitals & rehabilitation sites to share our resources with DON's, CM RN staff, Social Workers & Discharge teams.

How we work
Our purpose
We build strong connections and relationships with various organizations related to senior/homebound services. Through these connections, we set plans in motion to integrate our visiting and telephonic teams into senior communities throughout the state of Michigan.
What makes us unique?
HomeMD offers services that most other visiting PA groups do not. We are one of very few housecall groups that offer such a large variety of support services with both telephonic and In-person capabilities.
