Jason Spencer is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the real estate and technology sectors. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Homely.com.au since December 2013, Jason established an alternative platform to traditional real estate websites in Australia. Concurrently, as Co-Founder and CEO of StreetAdvisor.com since February 2007, Jason provides vital insights for homebuyers and renters regarding neighborhoods. Prior to these ventures, Jason founded and served as CEO of Stargate Technologies from January 1998 to June 2007, where innovations like Australia’s first automated loan underwriting platform and an online mortgage broker CRM were developed. Jason holds a degree in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from Monash University, attended Xavier College, and has a strong foundation in the mortgage industry.
