Ciara Forshee is a skilled mental health professional with extensive experience in child and family therapy. Currently serving as a Ma'at Child & Family Therapist at the Homeless Children's Network since July 2023, Ciara previously held the position of Therapist at the Child Therapy Institute, focusing on child-directed play and talk therapy for children aged 5-11 years. Additional experience includes working as an Intervention Specialist with high-risk youth at Huckleberry Youth Programs and serving as a Human Services Specialist for Medi-Cal and CalFresh programs with the County of San Diego. Ciara also has a background in tutoring foster youth and in financial services operations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Social & Criminal Justice from Ashford University.
