Tasnim Jessa-Pardhan is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the VP & Chief Internal Auditor at HomeEquity Bank since January 2025. Previously, Tasnim held several significant positions at RBC from July 2021 to December 2024, including Vice President of Internal Audit and Senior Director of Banking, Internal Audit. Prior to RBC, Tasnim spent over a decade at TD, occupying various roles such as AVP of Coordinated Assurance and Testing Alignment in Internal Audit. Earlier career experiences include roles at CHC Helicopter, Control Solutions, and EY, where Tasnim developed expertise in internal audit and consulting. Tasnim is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an MBA in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, both from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
