Heather Moore, MBA has a diverse work experience. Heather began their career in 2003 as the Owner of The Emerald Hen, where they coordinated analysis and planning of bar profitability and sales levels, facilitated management and direction of all aspect of operations, and coordinated monitoring of stock levels and ordering supplies as required. In 2009, they joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as an Insurance Sales Representative and a Scheduling Analyst-Intraday. During their time at Liberty Mutual, they received multiple awards for sales results and customer service, and consistently met and exceeded all goals. In 2012, they became a Model Experience Coach, delivering training introducing lean management and standard operating procedures to CSRs and management. In 2013, they became a Homeowner Claims Adjuster, investigating, determining coverage of loss and adjusting all elements of Property Loss claims. In 2014, they were Self Employed as a Landlord. In 2015, they joined Marr Property Restoration as a Senior Estimator, working with both Symbility and Xactimate. In 2016, they joined Contractor Connection as an Estimate Review I, II and III, and a Quality Assurance Auditor. In 2021, they joined HOMEE, Inc. as a Quality Support Specialist.
Heather Moore, MBA has a diverse educational background. Heather obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Southern University in 2011, with a field of study in Project Management. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida in English Language and Literature/Letters. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician from IICRC (2019), Applied Structural Drying (ASD) from IICRC GROUP (2018), Xactimate Level II from Xactware (2018), Water Restoration Technician from IICRC GROUP (2017), All lines Adjuster from the State of Florida - Office the Chief Financial Officer (2013), Heartsaver CPR AED Classroom 216009210386 from the American Heart Association (2021), and Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair and Painting from Greenville Technical College (2015).
