Jose Luis Albertini has a diverse culinary and translation background, currently serving as a Cook at Bianca since April 2021 and working as a Line Cook and Prep Cook at Instawork since January 2019. Additionally, Jose has held the role of Managing Director, Translator, and Subtitler at Transclip Inc. since August 2007 and has contributed as a Freelance Voiceover Talent for Fox Sports Net since July 2006. Previous culinary experience includes positions at Wolfgang Puck Catering and various freelance translation and editing roles for multiple companies. Educational achievements include a BA in Culinary Arts from the New School of Cooking (2014-2015) and studies at Universidad de Belgrano (1987-1989).
