Zenna Steiger is the Founder of Call Board, a flexible scheduling platform that allows businesses to fill gaps in their teams and workers to pick up hourly gigs. Zenna also served as the Chief People Officer at Home Service Oil Company and the Owner of Steiger HR Consulting. Prior to that, Zenna held roles as the Director of Human Resources at Pajco Inc, where they identified cost savings and implemented talent review processes, and at Infinity Contact, where they oversaw human resources. Zenna began their career as a Human Resource Generalist at CNA Insurance, where they led organizational change management and spearheaded a project team for the integration of developmental tools.

Zenna Steiger, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Illinois State University between 1993 and 1998. Prior to that, Zenna attended Galesburg High School. In addition to their education, Zenna has obtained two certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in November 2018, and the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM Certification in September 2018.
