Tim Scheetz is an experienced leader in manufacturing operations, currently serving as Sr. Director of Manufacturing at Home Market Foods since April 2024. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Director of Plant Operations at Portillo's from May 2022 to April 2024, overseeing multi-site manufacturing operations. Tim's extensive experience at Smithfield Foods from October 2013 to April 2022 included roles as Plant Manager for two facilities, managing a combined output of over 167 million pounds annually, and as Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance and capital management. Tim began their career at Ferrara Candy Company as a Co-Pack Supervisor/Buyer and later as Materials Planning Manager, and also served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant in the infantry. Tim holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Upper Iowa University.
