Eric R. Trett is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as the Director of Network Operations at Home Instead since October 2024, Eric previously held the position of Director of Strategic Accounts for North America at Kitchen Brains from November 2021 to November 2024. Eric's notable tenure at KFC US spanned nearly three decades, during which time Eric advanced through various roles, culminating in the Director of Franchise Operations, where Eric led a team supporting over 4,100 KFC locations. Additional responsibilities included managing operational support for marketing initiatives and ensuring successful rollouts, as well as overseeing P&L for multi-brand locations while mentoring area coaches and restaurant teams. Eric's career began at KFC as a Team Member, progressing through various managerial roles to attain comprehensive expertise in restaurant operations.
