Douwe Hoekstra is an experienced professional in leadership and HR management with a strong background in coaching, training, and organizational development. Currently serving as Directeur/Senior coach at LeiderschapSuite and Directeur/trainer/consultant at Energy Drives®, Douwe focuses on personal and business strategy optimization through insights into motivational drives.
