Gavin Rogerson is an experienced professional in resource planning and management, currently serving as Resource Planning Manager at Home Group since September 2016. Prior roles include Forecast Manager and Planning Manager at RWE npower, and Dialler Manager at UKAR. Gavin has also held positions as Senior Analyst at Northern Rock and Dialler Manager at Citi Group. With a solid educational background, Gavin earned a Bachelor's degree with honours in Customer Contact Planning and Management and an Advanced Diploma in the same field from Ulster University, along with an HND in Business & Marketing from Gateshead College.
