Kristin Goodwin, Brig Gen (ret), MA, CAC, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Delta-v, focusing on transformative growth through Executive Coaching and Team Building since September 2021. Goodwin has extensive experience in military leadership, having held several key positions in the United States Air Force and the United States Space Force, including Deputy Commanding General for Support and Director of Transformation at NORAD & USNORTHCOM. Notable achievements include leading a 67% growth at Caribou Thunder LLC in three months and overseeing the successful transformation of cadet education at the United States Air Force Academy. Goodwin possesses a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Arts in Organizational Business/Management from The George Washington University. Additionally, Goodwin is currently a Board Member for the Home Front Military Network.
