Shaun Cox is an experienced case manager and program supervisor with a focus on providing services to vulnerable populations, particularly veterans and homeless individuals. Currently serving as the GOALS Program Supervisor and previously as the Rent Assistance Services Coordinator at Home Forward since June 2015, Shaun has a strong background in case management, having worked with various organizations such as Transition Projects, Inc., Shelters of Saratoga, Inc., St. Cabrini Home, Inc., Interlingua English Language School, and Covenant House. Shaun holds a BA in Psychology from Hunter College and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Hudson Valley Community College, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of client needs and support services.
