Jaroslav Zlatohlávek graduated with a Master's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Charles University. With experience at Home Credit since 2007, Jaroslav has held positions such as Risk Analyst and Team Leader for Credit Risk analysts. Currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Risk Strategy at Home Credit in Czech Republic and Slovakia, Jaroslav leads a team focused on improving risk strategies for personal loans and cross-selling initiatives. Their work involves challenging existing setups with new observations and hypotheses to enhance performance. At Home Credit International, Jaroslav played a key role in developing risk management approaches across multiple countries.
