Allison Ratliff has had a varied and extensive career in graphic design. Allison began their career in 2008 as a Graphic Design Intern at Eastman Kodak, where they shot photography of Kodak printers and edited them for use in printer manuals and stock material. Allison then worked as a Graphic Design Intern at Messer Construction Co. in 2009, where they created key marketing components that focused on Messer's commitment to quality construction. In 2010, they held two, three-month quarter internships at Landor Associates, where they worked in the Creative Department focusing on branding, identity and packaging for high profile, international clients. In 2011, Ratliff held two internships, one at Abercrombie & Fitch where they developed concepts and designs for Abercrombie and Fitch Womens’ and Girls’ graphic tee shirts, and another at SimplyShe, where they developed packaging and marketing materials for SimplyShe’s twelve different pet brands. Later that year, Ratliff became a Lead Designer at Sweaty Bands, where they managed all design needs company-wide and created print-based collateral and marketing materials, as well as all digital web, social media, and promotional graphics. In 2015, Ratliff became a Senior Designer at May Designs, where they designed beautiful, smart and personal emails for their growing list of subscribers, including photography and copywriting. Finally, in 2018, Ratliff joined HOMAGE as a Senior Digital Designer, where they create unique digital artwork that captures stories about current and past events, colleges, sports teams and personalities.
Allison Ratliff attended Vandalia Butler High School from 2003 to 2007. Allison then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati in 2012, with a field of study in Graphic Design.
