Kristin Callahan, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Holy Cross School since June 2022. Previously, Callahan held the position of Chief People Officer at the Louisiana Public Health Institute from February 2014 to June 2022 and also served as Human Resources Director at both the Louisiana Public Health Institute and the National Network of Public Health Institutes during the same timeframe. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Human Resources and Training & Development at Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans from July 2006 to January 2014, and Team Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from February 1996 to July 2006. Callahan holds a MEd in Counseling and a BA in Psychology from the University of New Orleans.
