Beth Cozzi is currently serving as a Community Sales Consultant at Holt Homes since October 2023. Prior to this role, Beth worked as a Real Estate Broker at Imagine Homes Realty from October 2021 to October 2023 and at Windermere Real Estate from July 2020 to October 2021. Beth's real estate experience began at the Ben Kinney Real Estate Team at KW, where Beth was also a Real Estate Broker from July 2018 to July 2020. Before entering real estate, Beth held various positions at Washington State University Vancouver from February 2013 to July 2018, including Assistant Director of Development and Principal Assistant to the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs, as well as roles in Orientation and Student Enrollment. Beth founded Invitation Lane, Inc., serving as President from November 2002 to September 2010, and has held positions at Toyota North America as Website Administrator and District Parts Manager in the late 1990s. Beth holds a BS in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, along with a Web Design Certificate from Portland State University and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of West Los Angeles.
