Ms. Nitza Lifshitz is CPA, and holds a B.A. in accounting and economics and an M.B.A. (magna cum laude) in finance and accounting both from Tel Aviv University, as well as a degree in interior design from the Technion's external studies department. Ms. Lifshitz is the CFO and VP Finance of RAD Data Communications, of the RAD Bynet Group. Formerly, she served as CFO in ECI's Broadband Access Division, and as VP Finance and deputy general manager at Taro Pharmaceutical Industries (Israel). Over the last eight years, Ms. Lifshitz has served as an external director in the board of directors of Exalenz Bioscience, where she is also chairwoman of the audit committee and the financials statements’ committee.
