Sharon Vidal is a seasoned professional in the fields of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and sustainability, currently serving as the Global Head of ESG & Sustainability at Hologic, Inc. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Sharon Vidal held various leadership positions at Illumina from April 2016 to August 2024, including Sr. Director and Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability. Sharon Vidal's experience also encompasses significant roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Source 44, Vidal EHS Consulting, Idec Pharmaceuticals, and 3E Company. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC San Diego, obtained in 1995.
