Marlee Proukou is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Hologic, Inc. since April 2024 and as a Consultant at Search Science Group since January 2024. Marlee previously held multiple roles at Jetson, including Senior People Operations Business Partner and People Operations Business Partner from March 2021 to March 2024. Prior experience includes various positions at TEKsystems from August 2013 to March 2021, culminating in the role of National Recruiting Lead for Data Analytics & Insights.
