John O'Shea, Jr. boasts extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as VP Finance & Accounting for the Diagnostics Division at Hologic, Inc. since January 2015, following roles as VP - International Finance & Accounting and Senior Director of Finance within the same company. Prior to Hologic, O'Shea held the position of Director of Global FP&A at Quiksilver and worked as an Independent Financial Consultant. Co-founding SmartQuota.Com, LLC, O'Shea promoted innovative software solutions for sales quota management. O'Shea's earlier career at Beckman Coulter, Inc. spanned over a decade, culminating in VP Finance roles, where responsibilities included leading FP&A activities across multiple regions and managing large teams and budgets. O'Shea is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds qualifications in accounting and finance.
