Shannon O'Gara has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Shannon began their career in 2004 as a Business Teller at Richfield Bloomington Credit Union, where they were responsible for cash handling, vault balancing, and training new employees. Shannon then transitioned to Rels Valuation in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative, assisting appraisers with their electronic submissions, reviewing appraisals, and ensuring timely completion of reports. In 2011, Shannon joined Wells Fargo as an Insurance Service Representative, where they handled endorsements on homeowners' policies and monitored department emails for accuracy. Shannon then advanced to Wells Fargo Insurance in 2014 as an Account Executive, focusing on high-net-worth clients and performing insurance reviews while cross-selling products. Most recently, Shannon joined Holmes Murphy & Associates in 2018, initially serving as a Client Service Consultant before becoming the Team Lead for Private Risk. Shannon'srole involves providing exceptional client service and leading a team in delivering the best insurance solutions.

Shannon O'Gara obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Management and Leadership from Capella University, which they attended from 2015 to 2019. Shannon also holds a Property and Casualty License in Insurance from Kaplan- Minnesota. In addition, Shannon O'Gara has obtained the CPRIA (Certified Private Risk and Insurance Advisor) certification from the Private Risk Management Association in June 2023.
