Chris Conroy has a diverse and extensive work experience. Chris started their career at ATCO Frontec in 1991 as a Maintenance and Travel Administrator, where they worked until 1994. In 1994, they joined Holman and held various positions including Customer Service Coordinator, District Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Sales & Service, Senior Vice President of Operations, and Senior Vice President of Sales & Service. In 2012, they became the Executive Vice President and COO of ARI Canada and also served as the Managing Director of Global Operations. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Executive Vice President of Global Operations, followed by roles as President, President & CEO, and President & CEO of Business Services. Currently, as of October 2020, they hold the position of President & Chief Operating Officer at Holman.

Chris Conroy attended the University of Ottawa from 1988 to 1991. Chris also participated in an Executive Program at Queen's University in 2006 and completed a finance course at The Wharton School in 2008. The degree and field of study for each educational experience were not provided.
