Herbert Lui is an accomplished author and content strategist with extensive experience in editorial roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an author at Holloway since May 2021, Herbert has previously held significant positions such as content strategist for Figma and editorial director at Wonder Shuttle, where responsibilities included managing publications and technical manuals for clients like Shopify and Twilio. Additional experience includes editorial director roles at WorkOS and as editor-in-chief for Intuit's QuickBooks publications. Herbert also contributed as a consulting deputy editor at Shopify, a writer for Lifehacker.com at Gawker Media, and a communications associate at Pivotal Labs. Herbert holds a BMOS degree with a focus on consumer behavior from Western University.
