Neil Barks is a seasoned professional in business applications and software development, currently serving as the Technical Business Applications Lead at Hollis since November 2020. In this role, Neil is responsible for leading D365 development activities across various modules including Customer Engagement, Project Service Automation, Marketing, along with contributions to D365 Portal and Finance and Operations. Previously, Neil held positions at Hollis as a Senior Business Applications Developer and Business Applications Developer, focusing on enhancing workflows within Dynamics 365 applications and leveraging the Power Apps suite for automation. Prior experience includes a Software Developer role at Peppermint Technology Ltd, where Neil contributed to developing advanced software functionality, and earlier work at Alliance Boots as Assistant Editorial CMS Manager, managing technical builds for web content. Neil holds a BA(Hons) in Digital Media Design and a Foundation Degree in Multimedia Design from Nottingham Trent University, alongside several qualifications from Nottingham College and Nottingham Bluecoat School.
