Ethan Xiao has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ethan began their career in 2007 as a Management Trainee at Zhu Chuang Industrial Group, where they gained valuable experience in various aspects of business operations. Ethan then worked as the Deputy Lab Manager at the Central Lab in MUSC from 2009 to 2010, where they focused on laboratory management. In 2010, they joined Hollingsworth & Vose as a Scientist, contributing their expertise in scientific research and development. From 2013 to 2017, Ethan served as the Manager of Business Development and later as the Manager of Product Marketing for the APAC region at Hollingsworth & Vose. In 2019, they were appointed as the Director of Sales & Marketing for APAC, a role that they still hold. In 2013, they briefly worked as the Application Lab Manager at Suwei Group, showcasing their proficiency in managing laboratory applications. Throughout their career, Ethan has demonstrated their capabilities in sales, marketing, product management, business development, and laboratory management.

Ethan Xiao's education history began in 1998 when they enrolled at Tongji University. Ethan completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics from Tongji University in 2002. From 2002 to 2007, Ethan pursued a Master's degree at Tongji University, majoring in Material Science and Engineering. In 2005-2006, they also studied Nanophysics at the University of Antwerp, where they obtained a Diploma of Advanced Studies.
