Lance Gehring is an experienced architect with a diverse background in both commercial and residential projects. Currently serving as an architect at Holland Basham Architects since November 2021, Lance previously held architect positions at FHA ARCHITECTS and Eric Ivers Designs Inc., as well as a project designer role at KPE - Engineers / Architects / Forensic Experts. Lance also has significant experience as the architect and owner of Gage Architecture & Construction Management, specializing in design and construction management in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. Early career roles include architectural drafting with Hume Builders Inc. and carpentry with Wood Concepts Inc. Lance earned a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Idaho, reinforcing a strong educational foundation for a successful career in the field.
