Michael O'Connor is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over three decades, focusing on development and leasing. Currently serving as the Vice President of Development & Leasing at Holladay Properties since February 2013, Michael leads medical office leasing and development initiatives across Northwest Indiana and the Chicago metropolitan area. Prior roles include Regional Manager at Cushman & Wakefield and Director of Special Projects at CB Richard Ellis, where services encompassed tenant representation for various institutional clients. Michael also held senior leadership positions at Irgens Development Partners, LLC and The Alter Group, managing significant mixed-use and redevelopment projects. Michael's career commenced at Higgins Development Partners, LLC, where valuable experience in large-scale developments was gained. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
