Osman Gazi Güçlütürk is a Senior Policy Associate at Holistic AI and an AI Expert with OECD.AI, contributing to the Expert Group on AI Risk & Accountability. Additionally, Osman serves as a Working Group Member for both CEN and CENELEC's Strategic Advisory Group and ISO's foundational standards and trustworthiness working groups. Osman is involved with the Turkish Standards Institute as a member of the Mirror Committee on AI and participates in the UNIDROIT Steering Committee on Digital Assets and Private Law. Previously, Osman was Of Counsel at Kabine Law Office, a Visiting Fellow at Yale Law School, an organizer for Istanbul Legal Hackers, and a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Birmingham, focusing on the regulation of blockchain-based systems and smart contracts.
