Mariane Gaio is currently the Office Manager at Holiferm. Prior to this, they were with LEADING Travels as their Operations Director from November 2012 to May 2019. Mariane was responsible for group travel planning and execution, FIT planning, being a tour guide (US only), customer attendance, resources management, and new business planning and execution. Before LEADING Travels, Mariane was with VOEMAIS Travel Agency from October 2005 to November 2012 as their Business Operations Manager. At VOEMAIS, they were responsible for group travel planning and execution, FIT planning, being a tour guide (Latin America, USA and Europe), customer attendance, resources management, procurement management, and budget management. Mariane has over 14 years of experience in the travel industry and has been in managerial positions for over 9 years.

Mariane Gaio has a certificate in Tourism from CIMA and another in the same field from Centro Europeu.
