Michael Crosby has held various roles within the hospitality industry, ranging from Special Events Intern to Director of Games & Rentals Operations. With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida State University, Michael has gained experience in security, maintenance, food & beverage, and risk management. Prior to their current position, Michael worked in customer service, guest services, and as a line/prep cook.
