Tessa Koch has a diverse work experience in roles related to sales and management. Tessa started their career as the General Sales Manager at Holiday Retirement in 2008 and later became the Director of Community Relations at LifeHOUSE Properties. Tessa then joined Holiday Retirement again in 2012 as the Regional Director of Sales. Tessa then worked at A Place for Mom as a Regional Manager from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Sales Leader at Common Sail Investment Group starting in 2023.

Tessa Koch holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Northwestern University.
