Amanda Bishop has extensive experience in leadership and operational roles, currently serving as the Head of Tech, Product & Data People Operations at Holiday Extras since November 2014, after also holding the position of Contact Centre Lead. Prior to this, Amanda owned and managed Amanda Bishop Cakes from November 2009 to October 2014. Amanda's career began at British Airways, where service as Cabin Crew spanned from September 1996 to October 2009. In addition to practical experience, Amanda holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminology and Social Science from The Open University, completed between 2008 and 2011.
